This year, Ms. KIM successfully represented domestic companies in KCAB international arbitration cases involving Israeli and Turkish corporations over foundation bond disputes. Notably, she demonstrated exceptional expertise by resolving risks arising during the enforcement phase through a balanced consideration of both legal systems and cultural contexts, showcasing outstanding capabilities as an international arbitration expert.
 

Ms. KIM also provided successful counsel in a dispute between domestic and Chinese companies related to mining, beneficiation, and smelting processes—a highly complex case requiring advanced technical knowledge of the mining industry. These accomplishments earned Kim recognition as Korea’s Best Lawyer in the International Dispute & Arbitration category for 2024.
