The Future Leader’s Forum, held monthly throughout the year, offers a valuable opportunity to strengthen participants' analytical skills on legislative issues through insightful lectures by committee chairs of the National Assembly and key figures from both major political parties.
In this month’s lecture, DR & AJU will host Kwan Suk YOUN, the chair of the National Policy Committee, to discuss the recent developments in national policies, including the expansion of protection for financial consumers, the amendment to the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, and the legislation of the Fair Online Platform Intermediary Transactions Act.
During the forum, DR & AJU will also discuss key legislative issues, including the legislative direction of profit-sharing policies, the expanded implementation of collective actions and punitive damages, and follow-up measures for the Serious Accidents Prevention Act (SAPA).
