On July 24, 2025, DR & AJU and AJU Research Institute of Corporate Management jointly held a seminar on “Key Takeaways from the Amended Commercial Act and Corporate Response Strategies.” DR & AJU’s Partners Sung Ryul KIM, Dong Woo LEE, and Dong Kuk KIM, along with In Moo LEE, a member of AJU Research Institute of Corporate Management and a professor at KAIST College of Business, participated in the event. At the seminar, participants examined the details of the amended Commercial Act, analyzed its purposes, and explored the anticipated impacts and corresponding response strategies. In addition, we took time to explore effective measures to minimize anticipated side effects and to ensure that directors faithfully perform their duties.
