In September 2024, DR & AJU’s Immigration and Nationality Services Center was officially launched. The Center aims to provide legal services on immigration, nationality, and related issues, in line with the 2.6 million foreign residents living in Korea. In this video, Managing Partner Woo Hyeon KIM, who heads the DR & AJU Immigration and Nationality Center, along with Partner Byung Jae SHIN, will explain the center’s establishment background, its main services, key representative cases, and the current status of immigration and nationality issues in Korea, as well as the legal demands in this field.
