Mr. Dong Hwan NAM is an operations managing partner at DR & AJU LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency & Restructuring, General Civil Disputes, National Defense, Election & Regulation, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG).
Mr. Nam has practiced in much crucial litigation and advice for over 20 years, such as the national compensation for the sinking of the MV Seohae, the conflict of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism, GS25 BI alteration, and the sale of Jindo Group.
Since 2001, he has been appointed as the bankruptcy trustee of more than 100 companies, including Dong-sin Co., Ltd., Jinro Bestoa Co., Ltd., Tiger Pools International Co., Ltd., Korea Sports News Co., Ltd., and Hyoja Group Co., Ltd. He also served as an investigator at the Korean Bar Association, a taxpayer protection committee member at Yeoksam District Tax Office, and a chairman of the bankruptcy community of the Seoul Bar Association, and is currently a member of the National Election Survey Deliberation Commission and a non-executive director of AP Systems Co., Ltd.
