Mr. Pil Kyu KIM is a legal counsel at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, Finance & Restructuring, Labor & Employment, Customs, Customs Inspections & Investigations, Administrative Procedure & Litigation, and Criminal & Compliance.

While working as a prosecutor for eighteen years, Mr. Kim served as departmental chief prosecutor of the criminal department of the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office, departmental chief prosecutor of the investigation department of the Seoul District Prosecutors’ Office, vice chairman of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission, chairman of the Central Administrative Appeals Commission, and third director of the Korea Government Legal Service.
