Mr. Chang Hyun SONG is a partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Administrative Procedure & Litigation, Criminal Defense Litigation, General Civil Disputes, Construction & Real Estate, Labor & Employment, and Tax Litigation.
Mr. Song served as a prosecutor and judge for more than ten years, handling a broad range of criminal, civil, and administrative matters. Following his judicial service, he served as Director of the Administrative Litigation Division at the Ministry of Justice, where he oversaw administrative litigation involving government ministries, local governments, and public institutions, and managed the Ministry's representation in constitutional litigation before the Constitutional Court. Drawing on this experience, he has developed extensive expertise in administrative litigation. He also serves as legal advisor to a number of public enterprises, including Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH), Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Development Corporation (GH), Korea Rural Community Corporation (KRC), and Korea Environment Corporation (K-eco). He has represented these public enterprises in a wide range of litigation and advisory matters and has extensive experience advising on construction and real estate matters.
