Mr. Dong Eon CHA is a partner at DR & AJU LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Criminal Defense Litigation, Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Succession, Legislation & Government Relations, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Serious Accidents, and Global Compliance.
During his 20-year tenure as a prosecutor, Mr. Cha held various significant positions, including Departmental Chief Prosecutor of the Seoul Central Prosecutors’ Office, Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Daegu District Prosecutors’ Office, Chief Prosecutor of the Suncheon Branch of Gwangju District Prosecutors’ Office. He also worked as a Legal Advisor at the Korea Fair Trade Commission. Currently, he is leading DR & AJU’s Global Compliance Group.
