She has extensive experience in inbound and outbound investments, joint ventures, and M&A. Additionally, she has substantial advisory experience in tech-related matters. Currently, Yaera is at the forefront of advising global corporations on data protection, privacy, and AI, as well as coping with government investigations. Furthermore, Yaera has rich experience advising and negotiating for Korean companies expanding abroad and managing international business ventures. This includes handling discovery procedures related to government investigations.

- Advising Spotify, Expedia, Hotels.com, Alibaba Cloud, Alibaba.com as their local data privacy representative and guided them against government requests and investigations

- Advised various Korean technology-based companies, including medical imaging and medical information solution companies, senior-related platform companies, and digital forwarding companies, on Terms of Use, data protection, and privacy

- Extensive experience in advising on M&A transactions, including the acquisition of overseas assets and operations by domestic conglomerates, the acquisition of foreign schools by foreign investors in Korea, and issues related to the leakage of national core technologies in the context of foreign investors acquiring Korean companies
- Provided comprehensive advisory services for domestic large corporations and SMEs on establishing overseas subsidiaries or joint ventures, negotiating investor incentives, and obtaining local permits and approvals in various countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Thailand, and Malaysia
- Advised numerous foreign companies on establishing subsidiaries and obtaining business permits in Korea
- Extensive experience in advising on the acquisition and establishment of a U.S. factory by a Korean secondary battery components company, as well as on expanding into overseas markets
- Provided cross-border investment advisory services, including asset acquisitions by Singaporean private equity firms (e.g., warehouses in Korea), business expansions by Hong Kong financial firms into Korea, overseas fund investments by Korean private equity firms, and attracting strategic foreign equity investments for Korean secondary battery component companies
- Advised on the management rights and majority shares sales of a domestic plastic recycling company
