Ms. Yun Jeong PARK is a partner at D&A LLC. Her practice is primarily focused on Antitrust & Competition, Corporate, Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), and General Civil Disputes.
Ms. Park advises on cartel conduct, abuse of market-dominant position, and other unfair trade practices, as well as violations of the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Korea Fair Trade Commission and in related litigation matters.
