As the first-ever Korean law firm to issue specialized legislative journals, DR & AJU LLC has been publishing the monthly Policy & Business (P&B) Report since August 2019. The P&B Report provides analyses of plenary sessions of the National Assembly, as well as standing committee and subcommittee meetings. In addition, the firm has been co-hosting the Future Leaders Forum with the Herald Business, inviting chairpersons of standing committees to discuss relevant legislative issues and tasks.
As an extension of this service, DR & AJU has also been issuing the Weekly Legislative Report, which covers various legal issues at the center of public debate along with editorials and columns on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (“SAPA”) from major daily news outlets. ① Partial Amendment to the Special Act on Public Housing
This Amendment mandates the notification of fixed housing sale prices during the pre-sale housing subscription period. It also limits the increase of housing prices to within half the consumer inflation rate after consultation with prospective tenants.

This Bill comprehensively innovates regulations and provides special incentives for Busan Metropolitan City. It aims to transform the city into a key hub in the southern region of Korea that will lead to sustainable national development and evolve into a global free business city.

③ Partial Amendment to the Content Industry Promotion Act
This Amendment requires content producers to indicate when they create AI-generated content, whether it is text, image, or music.

④ Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Employment of Construction Workers
This Bill requires construction sites to install at least one toilet for every 30 male workers and at least one for every 20 female workers.
4. Bill(s) Undergoing Pre-Announcement of Legislation/Administration
⑤ Enforcement Decree of the Special Act on the Maintenance and Support for Decrepit Planned Cities
This Amendment substantially reduces regulations for restructuring projects, including the upper limit of the floor area ratio for existing decrepit planned cities such as the first phase planned cities. It also strengthens the discretionary power of local governments.
