As the first-ever Korean law firm to issue specialized legislative journals, DR & AJU LLC has been publishing the monthly Policy & Business (P&B) Report since August 2019. The P&B Report provides analyses of plenary sessions of the National Assembly, as well as standing committee and subcommittee meetings. In addition, the firm has been co-hosting the Future Leaders Forum with the Herald Business, inviting chairpersons of standing committees to discuss relevant legislative issues and tasks.
As an extension of this service, DR & AJU has also been issuing the Weekly Legislative Report, which covers various legal issues at the center of public debate along with editorials and columns on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (“SAPA”) from major daily news outlets. ① Partial Amendment to the Acton Special Measures for Strengthening the Competitiveness of, and Protecting National High-tech Strategic Industries
This Amendment allows the State to directly create the industrial infrastructure of specialized complexes, expands support for the creation and operation of specialized complexes, allows the preferential allocation of subsidies to local governments in charge of infrastructure for specialized complexes, and increases the floor area ratio within specialized complexes.
② Partial Amendment to the Fair Transactions in Subcontracting Act
This Amendment includes electricity costs as an applicable subject of the subcontract price linkage system.

③ Partial Amendment to the Small and Medium Enterprise Cooperatives Act
This Amendment exempts collective actions by SMEs for price increases, etc., within subcontract transactions or consignment transactions from the application of the Monopoly Regulation and Fair Trade Act, aiming to strengthen the bargaining power of individual SMEs.

④ Enforcement Rule of the Parking Lot Act
This Bill prohibits parking lot entrances and exits connected to pedestrian walkways from having a slope that exceeds 8.5%. This slope limit must be applied to at least three meters of the slope.

⑤ Proposed Bill for the Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection of Virtual Asset Users
This Bill excludes electronic bonds, mobile gift certificates, deposit tokens issued by CBDC networks, and NFTs from the application of the Act’s enforcement decree and supervisory regulations.
