As the first-ever Korean law firm to issue specialized legislative journals, DR & AJU LLC has been publishing the monthly Policy & Business (P&B) Report since August 2019. The P&B Report provides analyses of plenary sessions of the National Assembly, as well as standing committee and subcommittee meetings. In addition, the firm has been co-hosting the Future Leaders Forum with the Herald Business, inviting chairpersons of standing committees to discuss relevant legislative issues and tasks.
As an extension of this service, DR & AJU has also been issuing the Weekly Legislative Report, which covers various legal issues at the center of public debate along with editorials and columns on the Serious Accidents Punishment Act (“SAPA”) from major daily news outlets. ① Partial Amendment to the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
This Amendment establishes grounds for the Minister of Science and ICT to implement an information security certification system for major communication equipment prescribed under the Presidential Decree and mandates institutions prescribed under the Presidential Decree, including facility-based telecommunications business entities, to use communication equipment with information security certification.
② Partial Amendment to the Criminal Act
This Amendment punishes individuals who divulge or leak industrial technologies outside the country on charges of espionage.

③ Framework Act on Supply Chain Stabilization Support for Economic Security
This Bill establishes the Supply Chain Stabilization Committee under the jurisdiction of the President, requires the formulation of a master plan for supply chain stabilization for economic security every three years, designates key items for economic security, facilitates the diversification of importing countries and the reinforcement of domestic and foreign production bases for critical commodities for economic security, prepares a crisis response manual, designates items vulnerable to supply chain disruptions, and establishes supply chain stabilization funds.

④ Enforcement Decree to the Act on Special Measures for the Promotion of Venture Businesses
This Bill expands the scope of external experts eligible for stock options to include individuals with over ten years of working experience, individuals with a doctoral degree, and individuals with a master's degree and over five years of working experience.
4. Bill(s) Undergoing Pre-Announcement of Legislation/Administration
⑤ Partial Amendment to the Enforcement Decree of the Fair Transactions in Franchise Business Act
This Amendment enables franchisers who violate the Act to receive a secondary penalty surcharge reduction of up to 70 percent if they voluntarily correct their violations and cooperate with the investigation and deliberation of the Fair Trade Commission.
