Role:
  • A foreign attorney with 3-7 years of experience in a common law country (United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand)
Job description:
  • We are seeking a foreign attorney with 5+ years postqualification experience in corporate/projects who is capable of covering a broad range of transactions (commercial/corporate matters, regulatory compliance, HR, M&A, dispute resolution, and energy/infrastructure projects).
  • Experience handling various corporate/project advisory
  • Experience with various transactional/corporate advisory, compliance monitoring, personnel and labor, dispute resolution, energy/infrastructure projects, etc.
Job Requirements:
  • Must be a common law qualified attorney with at least 5 PQE gained in law firms, MNCs, or major Korean corporations
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean (native level) are mandatory.
  • Candidates should be able to embrace outof-the-box thinking when advising clients who are facing legal and commercial challenges and should have the ability to work effectively under pressure.
