On August 10, D&A LLC signed an MOU with the Korea Pharmaceutical Sales Promotion Association (KPSA) to promote the development of the pharmaceutical sales promotion (CSO) industry.

Under the MOU, D&A will provide legal advice on various legal issues arising in connection with the Association’s operations and business activities, as well as on laws and regulations relating to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries and the CSO sector, fair trade, and compliance.

D&A will also provide legal support to members of the Association. This support will include legal consultations and assistance in responding to matters involving the infringement of members’ rights and interests, including unfair dismissal, unfair treatment, and disputes concerning employment contracts.

The signing ceremony was attended by Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE, Senior Advisors Jun Ho JUNG and Yeong Chan KIM, Partner Sung Jin KIM (Head of the Strategic Planning Division), and Head of External Relations Seong Yoon JUNG of D&A. The Association was represented by Chairman Kyu Hyun LEE, Secretary General Chung Yong LIM, Vice Chairman for the Seoul Region Hae Woong JUNG, and Director of Public Relations Kang Won SEO.

Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE stated, “Through this MOU, D&A will provide specialized legal support concerning various regulatory and legal issues arising in the pharmaceutical sales promotion industry. We will also continue to communicate and cooperate with the Association to protect the rights and interests of its members and contribute to the development of the CSO industry.”
