D&A Senior Advisors In Ho PARK and Heung Chong KIM have been appointed as Ambassadors to Israel and the United Kingdom, respectively.

Senior Advisor In Ho PARK was appointed as Ambassador to Israel, effective January 16. A graduate of the 35th class of the Republic of Korea Air Force Academy, Mr. Park previously served as Director General for Policy Planning and Director General for North Korea Policy at the Ministry of National Defense, Superintendent of the Republic of Korea Air Force Academy, and Chief Directorate of Strategic Planning at the R.O.K. Joint Chiefs of Staff. He also served as Chief of Staff of the R.O.K. Air Force from July 2021 to May 2022. At D&A, he served as a Senior Advisor, advising on aerospace and defense export matters.

In addition, Senior Advisor Heung Chong KIM was appointed as Ambassador to the United Kingdom, effective April 17. Mr. Kim previously served as President of the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy (KIEP), Chairman of the Korea-Pacific Economic Cooperation Council, President of the APEC Studies Association of Korea, advisor to the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, and a negotiation advisor to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Since 2025, he has served as a Senior Advisor at D&A, advising on international trade and overall external economic affairs, including North America and Europe.
