On July 10 at 11 a.m., DR & AJU signed an MOU with the Acrovista Residents’ Representative Council at the firm’s main conference room to provide legal support for multi-family housing management and the resolution of defect-related disputes.

In attendance were DR & AJU’s Partners Jae Young SHIN and Ho Jeong JEONG; Min Ho PARK, Chairperson of the Acrovista Residents’ Representative Council; and Seok Hwan CHO, Head of the Center. Both parties pledged to continue close cooperation and communication to ensure the effective multi-family housing management and the successful resolution of defect disputes.

Under the MOU, the parties will work together to address legal matters related to:  the appointment of a housing management service provider and execution of a service agreement; the composition of the residents’ representative council; the formation of the council’s election commission; the resolution of defect-related disputes; the interpretation of laws and regulations on multi-family housing management and community rules; and other legal issues arising from multi-family housing management.
