On October 20th, the Korea International Trade Association (KITA) held the Practical Seminar on FTA Utilization Strategies for companies at the Trade Tower in Samseong-dong. DR & AJU Partner Heon Goo KANG, an expert in tax and customs, gave a presentation at the seminar. Mr. Kang emphasized that exercising appropriate rights at each stage of the origin investigation is crucial for minimizing tax risks associated with non-recognition of origin. He also highlighted the importance of companies fully understanding the means and procedures related to exercising these rights at each stage.
