Mr. Byung Sam PARK, a former Director (Vice President) of the Ethics Management and Legal Affairs Departments at KT Corporation, has joined DR & AJU LLC as a partner.

After being appointed as a judge at the Daegu District Court in 1998, he held various positions, including Judge at the Bucheon Branch of Incheon District Court, the Seoul Southern District Court, and the Seoul High Court. He also served as a Rapporteur Judge at the Constitutional Court of Korea and as a Warrant Specialized Judge at the Seoul Central District Court. After retiring from his judicial career in 2013, he joined KT Corporation, where he served as the Director (Vice President) of the Ethics Management and Legal Affairs Departments.

At DR & AJU, Mr. Park will serve as a partner and an advisor for the KT Group in the Construction & Real Estate Team under the Corporate Litigation Group, where he will contribute his expertise across various related fields, including Compliance, Litigation, and Advisory Services.
