DR & AJU and Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance Sign MOU for Joint Marketing of Serious Accidents Insurance and SAPA Compliance Certification
DR & AJU and Hyundai Marine & Fire Insurance have signed an MOU to assist companies in preventing and responding to serious accidents.
Through the MOU, both parties plan to develop and promote new insurance products for serious accidents, offering premium discounts to blue-chip companies certified under the Serious Accidents Prevention Act (SAPA) Compliance Certification (SCC). Additionally, they will provide swift responses and civil and criminal legal services, including on-site dispatch of the DR & AJU’s Serious Accident Response Team for SCC-certified companies in the event of a serious accident, and conduct joint industry-specific and regional outreach events, such as briefings, workshops, and seminars, to prevent and respond to serious accidents.
