You Lee JUNG, Former Departmental Chief Prosecutor of Tax Criminal Investigation at Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office, Joins DR & AJU

Ms. You Lee JUNG, a former Departmental Chief Prosecutor of Tax Criminal Investigation at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office, has joined DR & AJU.

Starting her career as a prosecutor at the Busan District Prosecutors’ Office in 2006, Ms. Jung held various positions at major prosecutors’ offices, for over 18 years, including the Deputy Departmental Chief Prosecutor in Tax at the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office and the Departmental Chief Prosecutor in Tax Criminal Investigation at the Seoul Northern District Prosecutors’ Office. In 2019, she was certified as a Certified Prosecutor (Blue Belt) in Taxation by the Supreme Prosecutors’ Office.

With her extensive expertise and experience acquired as a prosecutor, she has been actively contributing to the public sector as a tax legal advisor at the NTS Jungbu Regional Office.

At DR & AJU, Ms. Jung will serve as a partner in the Criminal & Compliance Group, where she will contribute her expertise across various related fields, including Tax Litigation, Criminal Defense Litigation, Investigations, Trials, and Blockchain.
