DR & AJU and Ulchi Law Firm Sign an MOU for Cooperation on Legal Services for Redevelopment and Reconstruction Projects
DR & AJU has signed an MOU with Ulchi Law Firm, a law firm specializing in Reconstruction and Redevelopment (Managing Partner Jae Won LEE) in preparation for the upcoming enforcement of the Special Act on New Cities in April.
Under this MOU, the parties have agreed to strengthen their partnership in the redevelopment and reconstruction sector by leveraging the respective capabilities and resources of each law firm.
Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE stated, “We expect a significant synergy effect to be achieved through the combination of DR & AJU’s extensive network and Ulchi’s expertise.” DR & AJU’s Reconstruction and Redevelopment Team provides comprehensive legal services covering all legal issues pertinent to association work, including providing legal advice on various legal issues associated with reconstruction/redevelopment associations and handling relevant litigation, such as injunctions, civil, administrative, and criminal cases.
