On the 12th, DR & AJU announced the launch of an “Election Law Practice Group” about half a year ahead of the April 10 General Election next year.
DR & AJU expanded and reorganized the previous election center which was mainly focused on responding to trials, into the Election Law Practice Group.
This reorganization included the creation of an Investigation Response Team, a Trial Response Team, and an Election Law Advisory and Educational Research Institute. The Election Law Practice Group will provide customized legal services across various stages, encompassing from devising response strategies for the National Election Commission investigation to handling prosecution and police investigations and trials. It will also offer faithful advice throughout the election campaign process.
In addition, DR & AJU’s Election Law Practice Group plans to hold “election academies” in various regions nationwide and provide consulting programs to candidates running in next year’s general election.
