Mr. Kye Hong KIM, former President of the Korea Legislation Research Institute, has joined DR & AJU. After serving as the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Government Legislation, Mr. Kim led the Korea Legislation Research Institute, the only government-funded research institute specializing in legislation in Korea.
After graduating from the Department of Public Law at Seoul National University, Mr. Kim passed the 33rd Administrative Examination in 1989. He began his career as an administrative official at the Ministry of Government Legislation, where he served in various roles, including a legislative deliberation official at the Legislation Bureau of Economic Affairs and an official at the Legislation Information Policy Division. He also held positions as the director of the Bureau of Statutory Interpretation Information and the Legislation Bureau of Administrative at the Ministry of Government Legislation. Furthermore, he served as the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Government Legislation. In 2019, he assumed the position of the 13th President of the Korea Legislation Research Institute.
At DR & AJU, Mr. Kim will serve as a senior advisor, drawing upon his 30-year experience from his tenure at the Ministry of Government Legislation and the Korea Legislation Research Institute to contribute to the Legislation & Government Relations Consulting Center.
