Mr. Young Ku LEE, a former Judge of the Bankruptcy Division of the Seoul Central District Court, has joined DR & AJU.
Mr. Lee previously served as Presiding Judge at the Seoul High Court. Currently, he serves as an advisor to the Korea Insolvency Law Association and a Conciliation Committee member at the Seoul Bankruptcy Court, where he handles various affairs related to corporate insolvency.
At DR & AJU, Mr. Lee will serve as a partner for the Corporate Restructuring Team under the M&A and Corporate Advisory Practice Group, where he will contribute his expertise across various related fields, including Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency & Restructuring, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Commercial.
