Mr. Hyeong Il KIM, a former Expert Counsel of the Fair Trade Commission, has joined DR & AJU.
Mr. Hyung Il KIM dedicated 14 years of his career to the Fair Trade Commission, where he served in various crucial roles in key departments, including the Cartel Investigation Division of the Cartel General Division, the Construction Subcontract Division (while dispatched to the Construction Industry Division of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport), the Intra-group Transaction Division, the Anti-Monopoly Investigation Division (Manufacturing), and the Competition Policy Division, handling numerous cases with substantial social impact.
At DR & AJU, Mr. Kim will serve as an expert counsel in the Antitrust & Competition Team, where he will apply his expertise in the antitrust field.
