Mr. Chang Hyun SONG, a former Director of the Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice, has joined DR & AJU.
Mr. Song served as both a prosecutor and judge, handling numerous criminal and civil litigation cases across various fields. In particular, he honed his expertise in various administrative litigation fields while serving as the Director of the Litigation Division of the Ministry of Justice, where he managed the administrative litigation for government ministries, local governments, and public institutions.
At DR & AJU, Mr. Song will serve as a partner in the Administrative Team, where he will contribute his expertise across various related fields, including Administrative Procedure & Litigation, Labor & Employment, Criminal, General Civil Disputes, Construction & Real Estate, and Tax Litigation.
