DR & AJU, AJU Research Institute of Corporate Management, and Korea Productivity Center Co-Host Seminar on Potential Risks from ESG Enforcement and Litigation in the United States

DR & AJU, AJU Research Institute of Corporate Management, and Korea Productivity Center co-hosted a seminar on Potential Risks from ESG Enforcement and Litigation in the United States.
This seminar aims to help domestic businesses planning to enter overseas market entry navigate the evolving challenges of strengthening ESG regulations by sharing the current status of ESG-related issues.
The seminar comprised two sessions and featured a total of four lectures. In the first session, Partner Sang Bong LEE, the head of the DR & AJU ESG Advisory Practice Group, gave a lecture on Supply Chain Management and the Management’s Faithful Duty, followed by the Korea Productivity Center Manager Gwang Ho JEONG on Trends on Mandatory ESG Information Disclosure and Social Discussion. Partner Yaera JEON presented the Introduction to DR & AJU International Group and Response and Support Measures to Overseas ESG Issues.     
In the second session, Lawyer Hye Yeon IN, who actively performs at Sidley Austin, an environmental law firm in the U.S., gave a lecture on ESG Litigations in the United States.

The seminar was attended by approximately 180 people both on- and offline, including lawyers, executives, and employees of various companies and public institutions.
