DR & AJU Partner Dong Eon CHA Gives a Lecture on the “Latest AI Technology Trends and Legal Issues” at The National Assembly
On May 17, DR & AJU Partner Dong Eon CHA gave a lecture titled “Latest AI Technology Trends and Legal Issues” at The National Assembly Library for employees of the National Assembly, legal intelligence agencies, and the Korean Law Library Association.
In his lecture, Mr. Cha explained the latest trends in AI technology, relevant legal issues, and ongoing legislative developments in domestic and foreign contexts, including the United States and Europe.
Particularly, he provided a clear explanation of the legal issues related to AI, such as the legal personality of AI, liability for illegal activities, and copyright and patent infringement.
