D&A provides legal services related to administrative actions to protect rights and interests infringed by illegal administrative dispositions and by unfair exercise or non-exercise of public power by administrative agencies. We deal with a wide range of litigation cases: cancellations of various tax imposition dispositions, of workers' compensation insurance benefits, of permission or suspension of various business licenses, of disposition of expropriation judgment, and of various refusal dispositions. We have experience in undertaking multiple cases, encompassing tax, land expropriation, industrial accidents, reconstruction, and administrative appeals related to general administration.
