D&A’s Antitrust Team is comprised of around a total of 40 experts, including lawyers with experience at the Fair Trade Commission, senior advisors including an advisor who previously served as vice-chairman of the Fair trade Commission, and lawyers specializing in antitrust cases.
Our team specializes in establishing precautionary processes and provides total-care legal services across all stages of dispute resolution, from responding to on-site investigations by the Fair Trade Commission, to proposing effective risk management plans for legal violations, and litigation against complaints. Based on our deep understanding of various industries, we have achieved numerous successes by listening closely to clients' concerns and offering the best possible solutions. Notably, we have subdivided the Antitrust Advisory/Compliance Team and Antitrust Incident Response Team in order to assign the best experts to each field and provide more efficient and accurate solutions at every stage of the case.
