DR & AJU Represents Financial Products Sales Company in Damage Claim

In this case, two investors claimed damages against a securities company (Client) regarding the sale of a private equity fund, alleging unfair solicitation, violations of the conformity principle, and failure to provide necessary explanations. DR & AJU successfully secured a ruling in favor of Client, finding that Client could not be held liable for the alleged misconduct or unfair practices related to the sale of the products.

The private equity fund sold by Client was a mutual fund, a financial investment product with a significant risk of principal loss. The court determined that, considering the plaintiffs' educational background, experience, financial knowledge, and trading experience of financial investment products, there was no evidence of improper solicitation, violations of the conformity principle, or failure to provide necessary explanations.
