Park, Head of DR & AJU Global Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group, Advises on the Purchase of a Wind Plant in Finland (KRW 190 Billion)

Ms. Melissa PARK (licensed in New York, Australia), head of the DR & AJU's Global Energy & Infrastructure Practice Group, provided overall advice to Hana Financial Investment, Korea Investment and Securities, NH Amundi Asset Management, and IBK Asset Management on the purchase of a wind plant in Finland, which the total price amounted to approximately KRW 190 billion. The purchased facilities are 3 plants, located in the city of Oulu which is nearby the Midwest coast of Finland, including plants in Nyby and Myllykangas I and II. The combined production capacity is 73.2MW, supplying electricity to 28,000 households. Prior to joining DR & AJU, Ms. Park worked at a prominent global law firm and managed multiple sizeable international energy and infrastructure projects.
