DR & AJU represented Company K (“Client”) in a patent registration invalidity lawsuit, providing logic on patent registration invalidity and effective defence strategies. Although the opponent argued that our claim contradicted the precedents of the Supreme Court, DR & AJU successfully defended the case and drew a favorable holding from the Court on February 2, 2023.
