Company A (“Client”) developed a new mobile app that provided online medical services such as diagnosis and prescription. In the process, Client came across several issues related to personal data protection, such as the management of sensitive information and unique identifying information, etc. DR & AJU advised Client on ensuring compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
