In this transaction, DR & AJU advised Woori Bank throughout the entire transaction process, which included conducting a legal review to verify compliance with relevant domestic rules and laws, such as the Financial Investment Services and Capital Markets Act and the prohibited activities under the Volcker Rule, etc., reviewing and summarizing the LP agreement, preparing the side letter, subscribing to a fund, and advising Woori Bank on the KYC process.
