Mr. Dong Hwan NAM is an operations managing partner at D&A LLC. His practice is primarily focused on Corporate Restructuring, Insolvency & Restructuring, General Civil Disputes, National Defense, Tax Litigation, Election & Regulation, and Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG).
For over 30 years, Mr. Nam has handled numerous significant litigation and advisory matters, including state compensation claims arising from the Sinking of the MV Seohae, internal disputes within the Jogye Order (Purification Reform Council), GS25 brand identity changes, and the sale of restructuring companies such as Jindo.
Since 2001, he has been appointed as bankruptcy trustee for more than 100 companies, including Dongshin Co., Ltd., Jinro Bestore Co., Ltd., Tigerpools International Co., Ltd., Korea Sports News Co., Ltd., and Hyojawon Co., Ltd., and has successfully carried out related duties. He has also served in various public and professional roles, including as a member of the Korean Bar Association Investigation Committee, a member of the Taxpayer Protection Committee of NTS Yeoksam District Tax Office, Chair of the Bankruptcy Committee of the Seoul Bar Association, and a member of the National Election Opinion Survey Deliberation Committee.
