Sang Bong LEE, an attorney at DR & AJU (Managing Partner Kyu Chul LEE) who heads the ESG Advisory Practice Group, lectured on "Corporate Response to ESG" at the Inhaus Council Forum (IHCF) Autumn Academy.

He emphasized the need to be exact on the difference between CSR and ESG and focus on ESG management from the perspective of environment, human rights, and transparency. He also explained ESG, directors' duty of loyalty, and the direction of responding to legal issues related to strengthening ESG within the production and supply process.
