Mr. Jae Hyang KIM, former Deputy Head of Division (Senior Managing Director) of the Korea Exchange (KRX), has joined D&A LLC as a Senior Advisor.

Mr. Kim is a capital markets expert who served at the Korea Exchange and its predecessor, the Korea Stock Exchange (KSE), for more than 30 years after joining the Korea Stock Exchange in 1993. Throughout his career, he was responsible for key functions relating to listed companies, including disclosure, listing administration, and listing promotion for both the KOSPI and KOSDAQ markets.

Beginning in 2011, Mr. Kim served for approximately four years as Head of the KOSDAQ Disclosure Team. He subsequently held a series of senior leadership positions, including Head of the KOSPI Disclosure System Team, Head of the KOSDAQ Listing Promotion Department, Head of the Listing Administration Department, and Head of the KOSDAQ Market Division. In these roles, he oversaw key capital markets functions, including the operation of disclosure systems, listing reviews, and the supervision of listed companies. During this period, he also served as Secretary to the KOSDAQ Market Committee, the deliberative body responsible for reviewing and deciding matters relating to KOSDAQ listings and delistings.

In particular, while serving as Head of the Listing Administration Department, Mr. Kim oversaw substantive delisting eligibility reviews and led the listing eligibility assessments of several high-profile listed companies that attracted significant market attention, including SillaJen, Kolon TissueGene, Osstem Implant, and Sewon Corporation. Through these responsibilities, he gained extensive practical experience and expertise in addressing key issues affecting Korea's capital markets.

At D&A, Mr. Kim will contribute his expertise across diverse practice areas, including capital markets matters such as IPOs, public disclosure, and delisting matters involving listed companies, as well as corporate governance and environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters.
