On July 24, D&A LLC signed an MOU with the Daegu Merchants Association to promote the revitalization of traditional markets, shopping districts, and the local economy in Daegu.

Under the MOU, the two organizations will provide legal advice and consultations to members of the Daegu Merchants Association, strengthen support for a wide range of legal issues arising in the course of their business operations, and establish a practical framework for cooperation through legal education and the sharing of relevant legal information.

The signing ceremony was attended by Partner Yong Ki CHO, Senior Advisor Bong Hwan CHO, and Advisor Seong Geun KIM from D&A, and by Chairman Jae Cheong PARK, Executive Vice Chairman Seong Jae RYU, Vice Chairman Jeong Gap GONG, and other representatives from the Daegu Merchants Association. The parties discussed ways to strengthen their ongoing cooperation and expand support for the Association's members.

Through this MOU, D&A plans to further strengthen practical support for the various legal and business issues faced by members of the Daegu Merchants Association and continue providing professional legal services to help foster a stable business environment and protect their rights and interests.
