On July 20, D&A LLC signed an MOU with the Korea Public Bathhouse Business National Federation at the Busan-Ulsan Regional Headquarters of the Small Enterprise & Market Service (SEMAS) in Busan to strengthen support initiatives for small business owners and promote their business stability. 

Under the MOU, D&A will provide legal consultations and legal information to small business owners preparing to close their businesses or resume operations. The firm will also assist them in seeking relief from unfair trade practices and resolving legal issues arising in the course of business operations. In addition, D&A will provide guidance on debt restructuring programs and facilitate connections with relevant specialized agencies, while organizing legal education programs, information sessions, and seminars for small business owners. 

The signing ceremony was attended by Partner Yong Ki CHO, Senior Advisor Bong Hwan CHO, and Advisor Seong Geun KIM from D&A, as well as President Sung Tae JUNG and Secretary General Soo Chul KIM of the Korea Public Bathhouse Business National Federation. 

D&A is currently participating in the Small Business Legal Support Program administered by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Small Enterprise & Market Service, providing legal consultations and legal support to small business owners.
